Plurals are formed in Wilik by adding the prefix -elem to the noun. Adjectives which modify a plural noun are also pluralised, in the same way. In English, adverbs are created by adding the -ly suffix to adjectives, however in Oba'ese they are created by adding the -defeng suffix to adjectives. All verbs in Wilik are regular.

No question, now, what had happened to the faces of the pigs. The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.|
